Returns and Replacements

You may return items – purchased from ICR's online store – within 30-days.

To request a return:

  –  Please call (800) 628-7640 to place a return request, Or
  –  Please send an email to orders@icr.org with your name, phone, and order number.

If voice-mail is left, or an email received, ICR will contact you to arrange returns or replacements.
