International Shipping Agreement
International shipping is now available for ICR products. Customers who wish to place a non-U.S. order should call ICR’s customer service number, 800.628.7640, to determine exact shipping charges.
Purchasers will need to cover all related costs, including any taxes, duties, customs tariffs, or fees required by the receiving country, and should understand that ICR cannot be responsible for a package once it has left the United States. After that point, ICR will not be able to track the shipment, nor is ICR liable for any damage or loss that might occur while the package is being handled by a non-U.S. postal service.
Customs authorities require that the value of each package be stated on the package, so even items designated as “gift” will state the cost of the item on the package. Please allow at least six weeks for delivery in order for your shipment to clear customs.
Note that ICR DVDs are coded R1 (Region 1) and will not play on DVD players that do not accept Region 1 discs, and they are formatted for NTSC and may not play on PAL systems.
