How do I create a store account?
Simply click Login / Register in the header or footer of the website. Fill out the registration form, and click the “Register” button. You will be directed to the store home page, which completes the registration process.
What do I do if I don't receive my confirmation email?
The most common reason an email is not received from the bookstore is due to communication being blocked by a firewall or ISP. The emails may have been filtered into your email program’s junk folder as well. Please check your settings—ensure communication from www.icr.org is approved.

How do I log in and out of my store account?
To log in, simply click Login / Register in the header or footer of the website.
To log out, simply click Logout in the header or footer of the website.
How do I update my account’s email address?
While logged in, your email address can be changed by clicking on "Update Your Profile," found on your account page.
How do I change my billing and shipping information?
While logged in, this information can be changed by clicking on "Update Your Profile," found on your account page.
How do I change my password?
While logged in, your password can be changed by clicking on "Update Your Profile," found on your account page.
Can I view my order history?
Yes, your order history can be accessed from your account page by clicking on "View Your Order History," under the account menu.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within the timeframe defined by your chosen shipping option. For the exact details of your chosen shipping option, please read our shipping agreement.
How can I track my order?
When you placed your order on the ICR web store, you should have received an order confirmation email, and then when the order itself was shipped (usually within 1 business day), you should receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number for the package. If you did not receive a shipment confirmation email, please contact us here, so that we can resend that shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free shipping. We do have an option for Media Mail (book rate), which is an economical alternative for shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
International shipping is now available for ICR products. Customers who wish to place a non-U.S. order should call ICR’s customer service number: 800.628.7640, to determine exact shipping charges.
Purchasers will need to cover all related costs, including any taxes, duties, customs tariffs, or fees required by the receiving country, and should understand that ICR cannot be responsible for a package once it has left the United States. After that point, ICR will not be able to track the shipment, nor is ICR liable for any damage or loss that might occur while the package is being handled by a non-U.S. postal service.
Customs authorities require that the value of each package be stated on the package, so even items designated as “gift” will state the cost of the item on the package. Please allow at least six weeks for delivery in order for your shipment to clear customs.
Regarding DVDís and international orders:
Note: Many of our DVD's are region code 0 and will play on most international players but, some of ICRís DVDs are coded R1 (Region 1) and will not play on DVD players that do not accept Region 1 discs. In addition, they are also formatted in NTSC and may not play on PAL systems. Please verify that your player will accept Region 0 and/or Region 1 DVD's before placing your order.
Why is my credit card being declined?
If your credit card is declined by the ICR store checkout, it is possible that you have not entered the correct billing address, or that you are trying to use an un-supported card (we accept VISA, Master Card, and Discover Card). Try changing the bill-to address if it is different from your ship-to address, or use a different card if you tried to pay using an American Express card. I do not want to place an online order with my credit card. Can I mail in my order instead?
Yes, we have a mail-in option available. Begin by following the standard checkout steps. When you reach the second step of the checkout process, click the “Print Page” button on your web browser to print a copy of the checkout screen. Mail the printed "Order Checkout" screen page with your check or money order to:

How can I get a Bulk Discount / Set up a Wholesale Account?
