What do I do if my file isn't downloading?
If your item will not download to your computer, attempt the following:

Where is the file I downloaded?

How do I download videos or audio to my tablet or phone?
There are a large number of different devices capable of playing video or audio, and each one works just a little bit differently. For others, such as Apple devices, videos or audio must be downloaded to a computer equipped with iTunes and synced to the device manually.
Why do I get different files for the same digital book?
Different programs and devices require different file types. If you purchase a digital download, we offer the 3 most common versions for download. This prevents you from buying the same product multiple times just to view it on different devices. The .mobi file is for use with the Kindle. The .epub file is for iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch, Android devices, Nook, and many other platforms. The .pdf file is for use with any device that has a PDF reader installed.

How can I read digital books on my computer?
Reading a digital book on your computer requires for you to have an ereader installed. There are several free ereaders to choose from, such as Kindle for PC or Adobe Digital Editions. Once the ereader is installed, you can open your digital book using your chosen ereader.
How can I read PDF files on my computer?
Some of our resources are available as PDF files. Some browsers, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox allow PDF's to be read inside the browser itself. If you would rather download it to use offline, or your browser does not have the ability to read PDF's, a PDF reader is required. Adobe Acrobat Reader is one that can be downloaded for free.
