All orders placed with ICR, whether by mail, phone or internet, will be packed and shipped within two business days of being invoiced. Prior to shipping, a customer’s order, price, availability, tax and shipping cost will need to be confirmed by one of our customer service representatives.
We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx to deliver our resources. Depending on the shipping option you choose, most domestic packages will arrive within 1-10 business days from the date shipped. Please be aware, peak times such as Christmas and other holidays may cause your package to be delayed 1 to 3 additional business days due to the increased volume of packages the shipping company is processing. The shipping rates charged for your order are based on the weight of the package, the destination zip code and the level of service you choose. At any time prior to completing your order, you may choose to cancel the order without any charges being made to your credit card.
The ICR Web-Store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless taken down intermittently for maintenance, repairs or other reasons we may deem necessary. However, the Institute for Creation Research distribution center is only open Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST, excluding holidays.
Orders placed through our website will be processed during our distribution center hours of operation on a first in first out basis. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email highlighting the details of your purchase. Next, our sales & distribution center staff will invoice, pull, pack and ship your order.
As soon as your package has postage applied to it, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will confirm the shipping address provided by you, the carrier and shipping class, and the tracking number for your package. It is from this point in the order process that the length of shipping transit time is calculated.
We do our best to provide the shipping method you chose for your package; however, there are times when we will choose to upgrade your shipping class at no charge to you.
International Shipping Agreement
Customers who wish to place a non-U.S. order may need to call ICR’s customer service number, (800) 628-7640, during our regular business hours to determine exact costs, as our website does not allow for every country to place an international order.
Purchasers will need to cover all related costs, including any taxes, duties, customs tariffs, or fees required by the receiving country, and also understand that ICR cannot be responsible for a package once it leaves the United States. At that point, ICR will not have the ability to track your shipment, nor will ICR be liable for any damage or loss that might occur while the package is being handled by a non-U.S. postal service.
Customs authorities require that the value of each package be listed on the package, so even items designated as “gift” will state the cost of the item on the package. Please allow up to 10 days for your shipment to clear customs and be delivered to Canada and Mexico, and know that some countries can take up to four weeks for delivery.
Note: Many of our DVD's are region code 0 and will play on most international players but some of ICR’s DVDs are coded R1 (Region 1) and will not play on DVD players that do not accept Region 1 discs. In addition, they are also formatted in NTSC and may not play on PAL systems. Please verify that your player will accept Region 0 and/or Region 1 DVD's before placing your order.
