Your use of an Institute for Creation Research (ICR) gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
ICR gift cards are only redeemable to purchase resources and merchandise at ICR, ICR Discovery Center, and on our web store at ICR.org/store. Always treat gift cards as cash. If your card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. ICR gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. For the gift card balance, terms, and expiration date, present this card to an associate at ICR, call our Customer Service team at (800) 628-7640, or email [email protected].
To enroll in the ICR Rewards Program, you simply need to register for an ICR store account at https://store.icr.org/account/login/. You will receive 20 Reward Points upon joining the Program and then eligible resources, merchandise, and products ordered on your account after March 1, 2022, will accumulate Reward Points.
To redeem your Reward Points online, first log in to your store account and add items to your shopping cart. Within the cart, click the “Rewards Program” drop-down arrow to view Rewards that can be applied to your current purchase. One Reward offer may be redeemed per purchase. Your total purchase amount should reflect the price change once you’ve applied the Reward. To redeem a Reward Program benefit that involves a specific item, such as a Truth on Tour DVD, an applicable item must be in your cart first for the Reward to be redeemable.
Reward Points can be redeemed for the purchase of products on the ICR web store (ICR.org/store), in person at the ICR Discovery Center (1830 Royal Lane Dallas TX 75229), or over the phone with one of our customer service agents (800-628-7640).
Rewards, benefits, and/or points earned through the ICR Rewards Program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Any items received as a result of Reward Point redemption are not refundable.
ICR reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, or convert any part of this Rewards Program and any Reward Points at our sole discretion at any time, without notice, and for any or no reason at all.
If you have any questions or concerns about your Reward Points, please contact ICR Customer Service via email at [email protected]. Your email should specify your name, phone number, and email address associated with the ICR Rewards Program, the date of the ICR Rewards Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. Please make this inquiry within thirty (30) days of the issue occurring.
By enrolling in the ICR Rewards Program, you consent to be automatically subscribed to receive ICR marketing emails and ICR Rewards Program emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time without affecting your Reward Points.
Unless otherwise stated, Institute for Creation Research owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from ICR.org/store for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
This agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
